Who is/was Jesus.

This is a question that religious groups have dealt with for thousands of years. Yeah, we know that he is the S___ ___ G_____. (John 3:16) But what exactly does that mean? God did not come down and physically/personally get Mary pregnant..... (well, there is one cult out there that thinks so...)
Rather, the Bible says that Mary was a virgin pregnant by the power of the Holy Spirit, and would have a child that would be the Son of God. (See Luke 1: 26-35)
We know that Jesus lived a perfect life, performed many miracles, taught powerfully, died on a cross at about 33 years of age, and rose again. The Bible says the following about Jesus.

John 1:1-3
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning
.
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
Jesus was in the _______
He was with ______
He was _________

John 1: 14
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth
In other words, he was born of Mary..... and showed us God

John 1: 18
No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known.
This verse calls Jesus "God, the one and only!".

John 10: 30
I and the Father are one." Father = Father God!
John 10: 31
Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him,
they were mad at Jesus for claiming to be _______

John 14: 6 -12
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."

Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us."
Jesus answered: "Don't you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, `Show us the Father'
?
If you’ve seen J_____, you’ve seen the F_______

John 20: 27 -29
Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe."
Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!"
Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed..
Thomas confesses Jesus to be L______ and G______. Jesus accepts and praises this belief

Colossians chapter 1
...He is the image of the invisible God...

Hebrews 1:1 -3
In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,
but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe.
The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven....

Jesus is more than a p________ and greater than an a_______. He is the EXACT representation of God’s being.

Over and over, Jesus claimed identity with God the father. The Bible says that Jesus (the Word) "was God." The Bible calls Jesus "God the one and only." Jesus said "I and the father are one." He told the disciples "anyone who has seen me has seen the father." Thomas finally came to the realization that Jesus was God in human form and worshipped him as Lord and God. Jesus accepted and praised this worship. Jesus is indeed.... God!
